I had a drain field failure, I called Chatta-Rooter and they came out and looked at the issue. Jon walked me through the process of the work that needed to be done. They did the permit process for me they also have financing available if needed. The fianacing is easy to apply for.Jon and his crew installed our new system very quickly and with expert care and knowledge. The pricing was great, I would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done.

Jon and his crew came out and installed my septic tank. I had been turned away by several crews beforehand. Jon was able to install and have everything working perfectly. 👌 cannot recommend them any higher ❤❤ . I have had to many issues with plumbing companies in the past. They were very professional and returned all of my forms of communication the same day or at the latest the next Day. I work in the construction industry and I can tell you that is very rare for a subcontractor to be so prompt and professional in regards to communication. They were able to provide me with a quote the same day they came out to look at my site and were able to start the next week.

These guys are absolutely AMAZING! I am a local Realtor in Chattanooga and some of my previous clients were having issues with their septic so I sent them the list of licensed plumbers approved by the city to pull permits, etc. They had an awesome experience and we’re super grateful. When I had issues with my tank, I called some of the bigger box shops to come out and quote the work. I had to have a whole new system put in with a new tank, fields lines, etc. The bigger companies quoted me 16k and 17k!! There was absolutely no way I could afford that.. so I called up my previous clients to ask who they used and had a great experience with. They told me Chattarooter. So I immediately called for a third opinion. They were able to do the EXACT SAME job as these other companies for significantly LESS (under 10k). They also had in house financing which was super easy to apply for and use (they just send you a link via text and it’s all done easily over mobile.. very super user friendly). The part I loved the most is that you get a personal approach. The owner Jon and his wife Cori work on site along with his son and their guy Mike. They are all so friendly and genuinely care about doing great and professional work! I would 100% recommend them over and over again. You will not be disappointed that you hired them!

Paid for them to pump septic and they did not pump my tank but they took our money. It caused a lot of damage When called to let them know about it  they REFUSED to fix it. They also decided to call the Health Department because we called to let them know we wanted our money back!! I wouldn't let them work on my dog house. They are HORRIBLE, a liar and horrible business.  Beware when you call them because they will not do the job but take your money for something they didn't do. If could give them a negative I would. I have the text from you saying that you WILL SEND US OUR MONEY BACK!! If you didn't do the work why would you give us our money back? Text messages don't lie!!

Like I told your husband on the phone. You guys DID NOT contract Chatta-Rooter Plumbing to do any type of work for you. Or at the address you provided.

I had a septic pump replaced and complete tanks cleanout,
Jon and his crew were great, Would highly recommend them and will be using them for all my septic services. Fair and honest folks you want be sorry using Chatta-Rooter.

I called for a septic survey which was not possible. But, Cory went far and above duty to supply me with so much information about our septic system from a map of our property (from the county) and many pictures and explanations of how a septic system works. She provided everything I  needed to help us in our situation. I was pleasantly surprised by such quick, knowledgable, and accessible information. I will turn to this company any time I need help with our septic system. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We new that we had a field line issue and would need a lot of work done.  Jon came and gave us a quote and it was reasonable compared to other places that we called.  Jon is very responsive to any questions and not once did we call and not get answered.  We scheduled the work.  Jon and his team did an excellent job.  We were very pleased.  Chatta-Rooter will always be our go to company.
