  Simply the best, I've employed Mr. Chasmar's services on multiple occasions, as the house I bought it now 57 years old and so is most of the plumbing. Consisting of cast iron and lead sewer pipes, as well as PVC and copper water pipes, there has not been a single plumbing issue that he couldn't fix in an efficient and timely manner while still keeping it affordable. I'll soon be hiring Mr. Chasmar again to upgrade my in-house sewer pipes (basement) to more modern PVC and eliminating the cast and lead pipes. And he doesn't leave a mess...very respectful to your home.

  I left voicemail, he called back almost immediately. He came same afternoon, gave me a estimate and said it would be next week. He called next day, came over and within a couple hours had finished the job. I'm very happy with cost and job. Thank you
