  My water heater broke while I was 4 states away. I contacted Chase plumbing and spoke with Michelle. She had quoted me the entire installation at a pretty fair price considering the inflation and had arranged the guys to come out within a few days. Michelle seemed to be knowledgeable enough to make me aware of possible parts that may also need to be replaced, which I already knew would probably be the case as my unit was very old. She was also very flexible and accommodating with obtaining access to my unit from the HOA. This young lady had also notified the HOA of the water shutoff in the building well before the 24 hr required by SC law, so the other tenants were able to make necessary arrangements. From my call to inquire about a quote, to her call letting me know everything went smoothly and notifying me of the completed job, the entire process of dealing with Chase Plumbing was blissfully stress-free and 100% customer oriented. Saved their info in my contact list for all future plumbing needs. Thank you, guys!

  As I was installing a new drop-in sink in my garage, I realized that I would need different valves for the PEX water lines. I had neither the tools (cutter, crimper, whatever) nor the experience of having worked with PEX so I opted to hire a professional plumber to do this job. I selected Chase Plumbing based on other ratings and proximity to me. I will tell you now that I made the best choice that I could have made. The time from my initial call to schedule the job to Cody from Chase Plumbing coming out to do the work was extremely fast (1 day) and the ultimate quality of the work was outstanding. Cody is both an extremely competent pro and quite a personable guy! He did the valve work and provided different required trap components that I did not have onsite for the new sink. He also switched to a provided optional faucet aerator at my request. And price? My goodness, I would have spent more than Chase charged just on PEX tools, valves, etc. Their price was EXTREMELY reasonable! Call these guys when you need great work at a great price!

  I called Chase Plumbing left a message about clogged toilet drain & woman called me right back & set up appointment for first thing next morning. Mike & Gary showed up 10 minutes early & were professional & very hard working. It was an extremely difficult clog but they never gave up! Worked very hard for 3 hours & finally got to it , worked very hard until it was clear. I give them 5 Stars & would Highly Recommend them! Would definitely use them again!
