  JJ Sundance came to my home to help place a trenchless sewer lining made of epoxy in late August 2019. My sewer line was flooding into my 1/2 bath. Since I am on a slab, putting in a new sewer line from the house would be next to impossible as they would have to drill through the slab. As a plumber JJ had never done this particular thing so he consulted with a plumber who was experienced in this technique. He quoted me $4750.00 which was less than others had quoted to do the same job. He seemed very knowledgeable and honest. The job took several hours. He even sent me a picture of the drain in the slab which had a new white epoxy lining. He wrote me an invoice with a copy of my checks that I gave him and gave me letter with the USA Pipe heading on the top, but no warranty. He had verbally told me that there would be a10 year warranty. I contacted him numerous times by phone and email after this to inquire about the warranty. In one email he said that his father was just diagnosed with a glioblastoma and that he would get it to me asap afterwards. After that point he never returned any of my texts, emails, or phone calls. Fast forward to now. My sewer is backed up again. I contacted a reputable plumber who hydrojets lines because that is what an epoxy line requires. I couldn't understand how my line could be backed up since there are no joints in an epoxy lining. Low and behold, the white epoxy that I saw in the drain was a mere 4 inches into the pipe and nothing else had been done! There was no lining at all! To make matters worse, JJ had said it was Orangburg pipe which I found out should never be lined, so I thought we'd have a real mess on my hands. I have found someone who will do the job right. And, by the way, the pipe is terra cotta not Orangburg. I really learned my lesson the hard way. I lost a huge sum of $ and now have to pay as much for it to be properly remedied. This man is a huge con-artist! Beware!

  This guy does not know how to do plumbing and almost blew a house up House was full of propane gas and could not finish the job Parts used and connections were not the right material or right parts He has no liscense on anything. Not plumbing or gas. This is not a real company. Its a guy wanting to be a plumber. DO NOT CALL
