The owner is very personable. The plumber, Jay was on time, worked hard getting both shower valves installed. He was very neat & clean. He picked all the old plumbing. He was very personable. The price was so reasonable. We will definitely be calling for any future needs at Charlotte Plumbing for Jay! We highly recommend their company!

Had a problem with water backing up between two sinks and the dishwasher.  Brian showed up on time and fixed it quickly.  Could not have been nicer or more professional.  Told us there was a minimum (to be expected!) and said with the time left, he would be happy to go to each of our bathrooms and check things out.  He cleaned the drains and reset two of the faucets.  Frankly, if he had just left and charged us the minimum, we would not have been the wiser.  Great job, good to work with and honest!  I would recommend them in a heartbeat

To fix 6 plumbing issues, they quoted us at less than half of what 2 other Port Charlotte plumbers quoted. Despite several unexpected issues arising requiring extra work and parts, the final price we paid was only $250 more than the quote. He took the time to explain the work to me twice. He was patient and flexible and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

I cannot sing the praises of this professional company enough- when you deal with service companies in Sarasota County, you sincerely never know what you are going to get.  Will they come or not?  If they come, will they be on time?  If they come, will they get the job done in a professional and knowledgeable manner?  CHARLOTTE PLUMBING came on time, did the job extremely professionally and the licensed plumber who came to our home knew immediately what he had to do.  When all is said and done, I wish I could give Shane, and this company, FIVE PLUS STARS because that is what they are deserving of.  THANK YOU!  The price was fair and the service impeccable.

I asked them to come out for an estimate on a bathroom rough in. They responded in 5 days, took measurements and I have not heard from them since. That was more than a  week ago. I  called two other  plumbers and had estimates in three days or less.

Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable with our selections for our new home. Also, the prices are good.

Charlotte Plumbing  recommended to us. They replaced all our water supply lines about a year and a half ago.  We were not in town when the work was done.  When we returned the first thing we noticed was the house was cleaner than we left it.  They did a very neat and profesional job for us.
Today we needed them to help find an issue with our sewer pipe and they needed to coordinate the project with other contractors.  It went flawlessly!  They showed up on time, worked as a team with the other contractors and between them we believe we found and solved  the problem.  We will pass on the recomendation we got, Call Charlotte plumbing if you need a plumber.

I  had low water pressure, also thought that I had a leak, they thought they found one also but went further and checked the water company meter and that was where the issue was. Less work for them but more for Charlotte County Utilities. Honesty at its best  ! They also have done minor repairs for me in the past.  Definitely on my contact list.  Thanks CJ  and all.
