  What a great experience working with Charles! He was responsive, punctual, knowledgeable and very friendly. He responded to our initial inquiry within 30 minutes and was able to come out to the house the next morning. Would definitely recommend Charles to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber!

  Charles was great. After trying several others and having a plumber show up with no equipment, I spoke with Charles. He said he could not come out until morning, but he heard how upset I was over the phone. He asked for my address and showed up 30 minutes later. Told me that he couldn't leave me hanging. We had 2 toilets and a tub backing up with water and not draining. The job was finished in an hour and Charles worked hard, was very professional and reasonable with pricing even though this was after hours. Highly recommended. He saved the day for us even though he'd already had a long day of work himself. Thank you!!!

  I called numerous places looking for quotes. Most could not provide a quote even after sending photos and videos. Charles was the only one to provide me a price via Phone. As we all know, nobody wants to waste anybody's time so an estimate helps. In example, for a tech to come spend 1 minute to take a look. Especially for those that has specific budgets, an estimate will definitely help. However, Charles was very professional and he does not give up in helping me get my Hot side Pex pipe manifold replaced entirely with copper. He is very responsive per all of the questions I had via Phone calls/texts. It has been a week since the install, and I haven't had any issues or leaks. Very good & professional work. In conclusion, I highly recommend Charles Plumbing.
