Charles Moon Plumbing did an excellent job. The three plumbers arrived on time and immediately started working. They installed a new water heater, a new sump pump and cleared a kitchen drain that had a major clog. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing at all times. When they finished they cleaned up their work areas. The cost was reasonable for the quality work I received. I could not ask for better.

We used this company who ended up replacing our hot water heater, sump pump and then last minute fixed a bad clog in our kitchen pipes! They were professional, communicated well, on time, flexible with scheduling and reasonably priced. We had such a great experience with Evan who did all of our work. We were very impressed and pleased with the service. Would highly recommend them!!

Waking up to water streaming into your basement and having to have the water company shut off the line at the street is never a good thing... So when you can end your day on a positive note, it definitely feels good! The plumbers were fantastic. They came out quickly to assess and fix the leak so we could restore water back into our home. They made sure they stayed until the water was restored by Suez to ensure the leak was rectified. The repair looks better than I expected!
