I would recommend Charles Moon highly. we had a blocked septic pipe, I called at least 6 contractors, no one could even help me out until the end of the first week of October. charles moon answered the call, was in the middle of dinner, dropped it all and came right out to help us. thats what you call the best customer service.

We've used Charles Moon Plumbing (Dagsboro) on a number of occasions and always find them to be professional, responsive,  and honest. They guarantee their work and are trustworthy and communicative even when we can't be on site.

Service man replaced frostfree water access pipe on side of house. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, and he was patient with my ton of questions. Thank you. I definitely recommend Chas Moon Plumbing, I have called them in years past and always been pleased with their work.

Certainly know how to rip off customers! Repair done by Damien & was told paying $97 for a Service Contract would avoid future $79 dispatch service fees. Repair done on Friday at a cost of $658.50. Discovered just after the plumber left that a faucet which had a great water flow before the repair had gone to just a trickle. Upon calling the office late Friday afternoon was on hold for greater than 30 minutes for the answering service. Talked with the office staff Monday morning, explaining the issue. Was told the plumber would be here again on Tuesday morning & there would be no charge. No one showed or called Tuesday morning. At 1:45 pm Tuesday the office called to say the plumber was coming & 30 minutes away. Also said there would be a $79 dispatch fee in addition to the cost to fix the faucet. After discussing the Service Contract was told the Contract only gave a 15% discount on services but still charged the dispatch fee. So much for guaranteeing your craftsmanship which cost me $658!!! FIND A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!!! Wish I could give ZERO STARS!

Thank you for your feedback Ms. Matthias, however when you called in you stated that you always have sediment in your lines and have to clean them out often. The pump you have really needs to be replaced which we recommended. The notes from the plumber states that without replacing that pump, you will have to keep cleaning out the aerators because sediment is going to keep clogging them. Unfortunately we cant keep coming out at no charge, for an issue that has been ongoing but you choose not to correct the problem. However we did offer to waive the dispatch fee on the 2nd trip, you didn't want us to come back out. To speak with someone further about your experience, please call us at 302-732-3555"

I used to recommend Charles Moon but I will NEVER again! I had a home inspection done on my house that I was selling and there were some things that needed fixing. The Plumber had many recommendations that he told both my husband and I that would help with our home inspection process. I asked him if he could write them all down and he said yes he would send them attached to the invoice. I was given a invoice with NO recommendations on them. I inquired two times with I assume the Office Manager and told her the recommendations he made. She said he only had one of the recommendations and that's it which was a LIE! Horrible Customer Service! If I were them, I would hire more honest staff.

Charles Moon has been my go to plumber since we moved to Delaware four years ago. Their work is exceptional; technicians are extremely knowledgeable; customer service is fast and friendly. Totally satisfied with every one of their plumbers and their office staff.

I had Charles Moon do the rough-in and final finishing for my basement that I was finishing.  I had received bids from 5 different plumbers, and Charles Moon was the second from being the lowest price.  They were the only ones who were able to do the work with the time frame I was looking for.  They did the rough for a 3 piece bathroom including the shower pan, laundry sink and sewage pump, then came back and completed the work by installing a toilet, sink, shower, laundry sink, and the sewage pump.  Everything works fine and was completed in one day.  I would highly recommend these guys.

Nathan and Cody did a fabulous custom installation of my whole house water filter system. Nathan designed the installation to reduce the floor space of the installation, added bypass valves and a hose fitting to simplify filter changes, and added a meter with remote so I can track gallons filtered to know when to replace the 600,000 gallon filter. They did this all in 3 hours and the installation is very neat. Carol, the business manager, did a great job coordinating the estimate, work and keeping me abreast of part shipping delay. Their price was fair and they included an on-line coupon to save me $50. Great experience.

BTW, after moving to Millville, I noticed how bad the water tastes and have serious concerns about agricultural runoff and other contaminants. In less than 24 hours and 176 gallons, the sediment filter is already brown and the water tastes great.

I recently researched plumbing companies as I needed a new water heater and also wanted a good, reliable plumber for future needs. I am not exagerating when I say the people, custmer service, quality products, and professional work are truly second to none! From my very first call, Carol in the office very professionally and pleasantly described every step, exact cost, and scheduled me exactly when I requested service. I wasn't sure of the tank size, so Carol checked with Nathan, the technician and since he was in my area, he came over to check it himself. The next day Nathan and another very focussed technician (sorry I forgot to get his name!), put down floor covering (not that I needed it, as their work was impeccable!), wore booties to cover their shoes, cleaned up, removed the old heater and had me up and running almost immediately. I got a call on Thanksgiving from our renters saying that everything was backing up in our house in Bethany Beach, but I was in Virginia!  Nathan answered my call right away and got someone out there. When the problem turned out to be a much bigger issue, Nathan again responded immediately. A huge main line pipe collapse was handled within a day. Carol in the office was a pleasure to work with. Fair prices and great service. You can't ask for much more than that.
