  Have used them twice and great experience both times. Last was replacement of garbage disposal and all went well. Charles corrected some other plumbing issues from the previous homeowners as well.

  Called Mr. Francis Jr to set up a time for someone to come out and look at a small plumbing job to re-vamp an existing bathroom. After two weeks I never heard anything back so I called again and this time I had to leave a message and still no return call. I’ve had work done by them before and were very decent to work with a couple years ago. I ended up calling another company and they came out within three days. Will not deal with these guys again.

  No staff available when I first contacted Mr. Francis. When I was contacted and I explained I had had the service work done because of an emergency leak problem, the conversation ended quite abruptly.
