  Great Company.. Love the Owners know them personally for so very many yrs Just down to earth good honest country people. They hve also done a lot for this community wherever kids r involved they help or do things to try to make this place better for the kids. Just AWSOME People in General!!

  Had a commercial project in the lake area and was referred to jay chance guess sometime you just get lucky I had talked to other contractors but just didn’t feel they had the experience to handle my job jay did a first class job on my big project and he made it look easy from the office staff to the foreman and workers on the job site they are true professionals and we are lucky to have them in our area 5 stars all the way I will for sure use them again in the future thanks jay chance construction for a great job
