  Don’t bother hiring these plumbers. We had to wait two weeks for them to show up, and on the day they PROMISED to come still a no show.. Don’t waste your time, spend a couple of more dollars to hire someone who will actually show up and fix your problems.

  Great plumbing work but one short paragraph describes this company: 100% unreliable, completely inconsiderate of customers’ work schedules, will not respond unless you call and text over and over; and just shows up whenever. This company cost us unnecessary delays over a job that could’ve taken 3 weeks to complete from beginning to end but with them it was pushed into more than 5 months. Most hurtful event was that they were forgetful in scheduling inspection(s) where we had to call the city to schedule our own inspection thus causing ripple effect delays on other contractors; and pushing the project into the holidays... Definitely worth the money and peace of mind to pay a little more and execute a Change of Contractor...

  Quick response to an emergency plumbing problem. Plumber Colville was very professional, neat work and good knowledge. Nike installed a new water heater 2 weeks later, with equally professional work. These are good guys. I had to wait some time to schedule the installation of the water heater, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they had a busy holiday schedule.
