  Carlos was amazing! We had a burst pipe and he came out within the hour of me calling him! He fixed the problem very fast and was very reasonable with the costs! I will always use his company because he truly cares about his customers!

  We love to support our local community, and Carlos has lived and worked in Rockdale for many years. He was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough in assessing our problems, replacing our broken sewer line and putting in a new clean out at the road. After dealing with these issues for several months, we are very grateful to have them resolved! We are thankful that we chose Carlos for the work, and we are completely happy with the job he did and how quickly he got it done!

  Worst plumber I've ever done business with. I paid 275.00 for him to leave an unsupervised unlicensed apprentice alone to work on my repair. The apprentice even bragged about how he wasn't allowed by law to do the work alone. I just wanted it fixed, but of course with his lack of knowledge and lack of supervision I still have a leak even after I've already paid him. Since he has my money already he hasn't called back or checked in at all even though I kept contacting him about the faulty repair. They didn't even clean up their mess afterwards, horrible experience. The owner even bragged about charging rich people more since they could afford it.
