  My folks called CTP after they found a pretty big leak in their house that required the water to be shut off. Nathan was very understanding and made sure someone came out the same day to assess the situation. When James arrived, he was very efficient and precise in locating and replacing the leaking pipe. They're really pleased with the way the job was done and also with the personal level of customer service. Highly recommend and will be relying on them for future needs.

  Nathan has been professional and helpful on the phone. Phillip and the young man with him were quick and capable when they made our repairs. We've already booked them for a few more jobs!
