Buyer beware!! Never use Certified Inc especially for plumbing issues. Horrible customer service. The Bradford White water heaters have a 6 year warranty but only last 4 if you’re lucky. After water heater went out & were told it was under warranty now 2 months later they invoice us & charge us for the water heater they said was under warranty. Invoice fraud? They made us pay in full upon arrival for $300 to be sure it was covered in full because we paid late for the last one they installed. Why didn’t they make us pay for the water heater then if they didn’t already tell us it was under warranty? “you know they would have”. Talked to the owner & he accused us of trying to get something for nothing and that they never told us it was under warranty. “No sir, we’re still trying to get made whole from our original purchase”. Why would we have gone back to bad customer service & a bad product again if it wasn’t under warranty especially when my husband has installed many in his lifetime? Only licensed plumbers can install these because of the warranty. Now they’re saying every other water heater is covered. Never got any paperwork on warranty & who has ever heard of an every other warranty?! 🤦♀️

We had bathroom tub and sink faucets replaced because of leaking. Did a great job fixing them as well as fixing the pipes. Very professional.

We had American Home Warranty Company and they use Certified Heating. Our furnace went out on October 8, 2021and we called the warranty company and they sent a tech out from Certified. He took pictures of our furnace and told us not to use it. We did not hear back from Certified for the next 10 days. I called and left voice voicemail for Cody who was in charge of our case. He never responded to my calls or my voicemails. On the 18th of October I called Cody again and had to leave a voicemail so I did so telling him he was fired and we would be going with a different local company for our furnace. He never bothered to return one call from me but later that day the warranty representative called him and told him something. He then called me and told my voicemail that he could put our furnace in the same day. Glad we went with a more respected company they got us heaters to use and moved their schedules around so they could install our new furnace in a timely manner.
