  If you are fortunate enough to be reading this review of Central Wells then you've found the best well and pump operation in this part of Michigan. Over the years I have used Central Wells twice. Each time it was for a major water issue at our lake house. And each time, Central wells exceeded my expectations. I'm not someone who leaves a lot of reviews, however because of their outstanding work, I feel compelled too spread the word. Chad's professionalism, and knowledge is impressive. Central Wells has all of the right tools and equipment. They are true professionals who do things right the first time without taking shortcuts.

  Not impressed. I've been having issues with pressure for months now. I finally got someone to come out a couple of months ago. Basically just told me I needed a new well. He tested the pump and did something to it to run faster, but now, it's running harder and I can feel the rumble on the floor. How can you tell me I need a new well when you didn't even look at the well? No explanation. Was pressured to get the well instead of fixing up the pump. I can't afford a new well, but was willing to fix the pump. The guy was supposed to send me estimates on both. Called him twice, first time was not willing to talk and second call was told to text him my email to get the estimates. I never received anything. Left several messages. Now I'm stuck with a messed up pump and no one who cares. Oh, I recieved a yearly calander in the mail from them the other day. Gee, just what I needed. Do better. People rely on people like you. Would not recommend this place.

  Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your business. Your well was checked, and you were given and invoice with the information. The well was pumping under 1 GPM. We emailed the health department for a well record and were unable to locate one. We recommended a new well system and gave you a ballpark figure, we were under the impression you did not want to drill a new well.
