  Absolutely terrible so far. They wouldn't work on my 9 year old water heater and stated they were 100% certain my issue was a broken hot water heater. 875 dollars later it's not my hot water heater and thanks to the inept plumber they sent, I now need over 3000 dollars in repairs because he broke a pipe and my house flooded. I tried contacting them so they can fix this problem and they will no longer take my calls. I now have no water to my house going on 18 hours and counting Edit: I had the hot water heater installed on Saturday. The 'plumber' if you can call them that....didn't alleviate the air in the pipes and now I have a burst hot water pipe. A simple fix went to a whole house repipe job because they didn't do their job correctly and won't take responsibility for what they did. I'll have hot water again sometime between Wednesday and Friday when the repipe is done. Edit 2: they called and I told them a hot water pipe burst and they hung up the phone and refuse to take my calls now. Edit 3: they blamed me for not releasing the air in the lines properly for the water pipe burst. Isn't that the plumbers job? They blame everyone but themselves for their mistakes

  Installed new hot water heater and came day after we called. Terrific job! Will definitely will use again if needed. Prices are very reasonable. Job well done. Recommended by Home Depot
