Notice the response from the owner. I have been looking for the partial refund in the mail since February 8th. I really did not expect them to keep their word. But that is okay. If their conscience will allow them to live with the money, I can live without it. I just hope other senior citizens will not be taken advantage of in the future. Friday night our hot water heater stopped working and I had a very bad water leak under the house. I called Celey's emergency number since it was after hours. I was charged $402 just to have the water pipe capped. I knew it would cost more after hours, but I did not expect over $400! That was an excessive price especially since I am on a fixed income. Celey's did not care or have compassion on me as a customer and was willing to let my wife and I go through the weekend without hot water. My daughter told me about a wonderful Christian plumber and he came out Saturday afternoon and replaced our water heater at a very reasonable price. I will never use Celey's again.

Mr. Lee, as I discussed with you on the phone this morning when I tried to offer you a partial refund, I am sorry that you were unhappy with your experience over the weekend. I feel that our prices are fair and reasonable but I did offer to try and make it right with you. I learned this morning that there was possibly an issue with proper clearance for a new water heater regarding the size of your crawl space door, but the fact that none of that was explained to you is unacceptable. You should have been given some options for a water heater this weekend. I addressed this with the technician that was on call and we will address further with the entire service department. We are not in the business of charging exorbitant prices and not providing exceptional service. It is unfortunate that your experience this weekend was such that you no longer want to use our services. Please be on the lookout for a partial refund in the mail.

Warranty company initially sent another plumbing company that wanted us to wait 3 days for install after we’d already waited 3 days for their tech to come out to officially diagnose that our water heater needed replacing. Celeys sent to techs out the same day they were called and they efficiently completed the needed replacement. That’s what I call being prepared to do business. Celeys is a wonderful company and every team member I interacted with was/is A+. Celeys is now my preferred plumbing company. Thank you.

Referred by Home Serve for washing machine drain issue. very unreliable . Arrived late. Job took too long. Technician spent more time on phone vs working. First visit on a Friday - repair started the next Friday - technician left as he had no assistant but left washer leaking. Following Monday and Tuesday technician was to come but was out sick but we were not notified timely. Finally arrived at 1:00pm on final day after we were told he would be here by noon. No itemized bill. Technician was not friendly and had an extremely negative attitude. Would not recommend them at all. Management also disengaged and unapologetic for delays. Office staff screened and tried to manage his calls.
