  He didn't ask to be mentioned specifically, but Fred from CDS came to repair my water heater, which had a faulty relief valve and a corroding outlet nipple. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the job look easy. He warned me of the worst case scenario (a water heater replacement if the nipple collapsed and the threads were damaged) but was optimistic about the best case solution. I had a different service performed a few years ago, and the individual then was also amazingly knowledgeable and personable. The office staff is wonderful and will bend over backwards to try to fit you into the schedule as quickly as possible.

  Fred was very patient and didn't rush himself when trying to find the problem to our leak in our commercial building. When he figured it out, he set an appointment to have it repaired which included jackhammering inside one of the units to get to the pipe. We were surprised to see that he was the only one that came to do the whole job which took approximately 5 hrs. The whole time he was trying to get to the pipes and then having to repair the floor that he jackhammered, he still had a smile on his face. He didn't have a bad attitude from working too hard. I am so glad I found CDS Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Price was good and they are honest. Thank you Fred!!!

  If you need a highly qualified, honest and dependable plumber, call CDS. Paul called to tell me when he would arrive. He completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time, cleaned up the area, and did a great job. This is my 2nd time using CDS. I highly recommend them.
