  From the first scouting phone call I made to CAZ Construction/Favinger Plumbing I felt I was given true facts with the solutions and quotes they provided; not vague low-ball guesstimates. The work done was superior. It was a difficult time as demands were so high from everyone who desperately needed work done now, but I was always treated as a primary concern. It was apparent the work crews consisted of people who worked efficiently, liked their jobs and their co-workers. It is so great to see teams who understand teamwork. I got my money's worth on this job. And I am grateful to them all.

  From the first site visit & quote through to completion, the CAZ team did an excellent job. They added a 4 head mini-split system to a 1960's bungalow to replace old style electric wall heaters. The work was all conducted while we were out of town so we couldn't see what was happening. We did not need to worry! When we got home, we were greeted with a complete, professionally installed system with a 15 year warranty. When one or two questions came up, they were quick to call and let us know, they suggested a solution and completed the work. No fuss, no bother! CAZ handled the paperwork with PSE, county & state permits, it was an easy process! All of this for a very fair price with excellent communication along the way. I will definitely hire them again if the need arises.
