  They are excellent for scheduling a day to come to your house and not show up. This happened 3 times. I waited all of these days for the company to show up and when I followed up by phone they would not answer my calls. I found another family company that I will use from now on. I am not sure what kind of games they are playing but this will not happen to me again by Cavalier. Really unbelievable!!!!

  Other reviewers have already said it. They have not returned calls, (6+) said they were coming too many times to recall, no shows. They did eventually pump out the system. Said they flushed it for a total of $1200. But still have open holes in the yard and a drain pipe that they were supposed to repair that still isn't and is still exposed. 3 weeks later, sale on house has closed and we have had to call another service provider (who btw, is coming same day as call.) Do not use Cavalier if you are on any sort of time-line.

  This is my third time having Cavalier Septic fix a problem and I am always more than impressed. They never over-charge. They are professional, kind, and do a great job. They always start by assuming that it is an easy fix and go from there if they find its more difficult. This time I got 2 estimates... $575 from Cavalier Septic and $2400 from another company who jumped the gun and assumed they would have to dig up the yard and told me the sludge level was maxed out and I was about to have a big problem. Once again Cavalier Septic was the most honest company to work with. No sludge problem, distribution box just needed a little adjustments and the person who installed the septic on this new house made a mistake that caused most of the stuff to go in one of the lines rather than all lines evenly. Cavalier septic was creative in their fix of this problem and all is well! I'll never get another estimate again, just go with the best to begin with.
