  Called about getting a water heater replaced after reading potential causes on line (rabbit hole) and chatted with them. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and give me simple instructions to DIY it. Worked like a champ and all at no charge. If anything does breaks, calling Castle for sure! A++

  Always gets back to us. Has helped us out in many situations from slow leaks, to hot water heater issues, etc. Doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. Fair and honest!
