I recently had services through a local plumbing company and Wesley was my technician. He was wonderful, very professional. He knows his plumbing and taught me things about my plumbing that know one previously had taken the time to show me or tell me. I have had plumbing issues for a few years because all they would do is come out and unclog and leave. This man took the time to thoroughly unclog and find the deeper issues and repair. For the first time in over 4 years we have proper running water pressure and excellent flushing power. I would highly recommend this gentleman for any of your plumbing needs! Kind, polite, knows his stuff and very thorough. I found Casteel from 104.7 the Fish and am glad I made the call!

My heat went out late in the evening and in the morning I called Casteel that morning and had an appointment set for the same afternoon. My technician Randall early in the appointment time window and I trust him when he comes out because he was so knowledgeable when he came out to fix my A/C this past summer. I am so glad I have such a reliable company that offer a warranty on their work and trustworthy and the prices are very affordable. P. S. I was glad to have the same technician Randall who was already familiar with my house and hope he is always our tech when we need service.

My furnace died on Wednesday. I made an appointment online for Friday for someone to come check it out. Thursday afternoon I got a call saying they had an opening and they could come out and see it then if I was available. They sent two guys who took my furnace apart, noticed the melted wiring, and told me they could fix it, but it would be expensive and they would likely continue to find issues with our 21 year old system. I asked about a replacement, and they offered to have someone come out that night for an estimate. The estimate went well, he measured everything and we signed off on a new unit. It was installed the next day by Luis, who arrived promptly on time, got to work, and would not leave until it met his standards. I really appreciated this. He even came back later to make sure it was quiet enough for me. While it did cost a good bit, I appreciated that Casteel was able to install everything with almost no disruption to myself or my family, all in less than 2 days. Just incredible work all around.
