Had Case plumbing come out to relocate my backflow valve, they were able to show up in two days after calling. They were professional and courteous and did a great job. When my landscaper showed up there were some issues, Case showed up that day to make the changes. They were a great company every step of the way and I would highly recommend them.

We are adding an addition to our home and had a company run plumbing to the addition. We were ready to install the plumbing in the bathroom and were already scheduled with our regular plumber who ran the rest of the plumbing. We heard a great recommendation about Case Plumbing and were suggested to get a quote from him. He came out on a Thursday and gave a great quote, he was very polite and nice. We told him to go ahead and put us on his schedule for the following Wednesday. I contacted my regular plumber to cancel, but also asked if they price match because if they did, I thought it would be best to have all the plumbing ran by the same company so if there's future problems I know who to call. They graciously offered to match the quote. We immediately emailed Case Plumbing (we had only been in contact by email) to let them know to take us off their schedule. This was the day after we got a quote from him and were put on the schedule. We thought since we had only been in contact by email, that he'd get it. The weekend went by, and with everything else going on we forgot to check in and confirm that he got the email. We remembered Wednesday morning that we never heard back from Case Plumbing so sent them another email. Wednesday our regular plumber came out bright and early and started work. Case Plumbing showed up about an hour later...we are so sorry for the misunderstanding and mistake! My husband tried to talk to him, but he was very upset (which is understandable) and left. I know you guys must've done a lot of work preparing to come out and work on this project. I will say, my husband didn't realize I had already scheduled with our other plumber when he told Case Plumbing to put us on the schedule. I did tell him to go ahead and schedule because the quote was awesome. It was my fault that I didn't stay on top of it to make sure that they recieved our cancellation, but the fact that they had only been in contact via email, we assumed they would continue checking their emails. They told my husband that they check their email everyday, although we have proof of both emails being sent. Lesson learned, that even if you're only contacting through email, if you need a cancellation, it's best done over the phone. We're sorry you guys were so upset, and we're sorry that you missed our emails. Case Plumbing, please let us know if we can make it up to you guys. If you run outside water lines for frost free valves, we have more work coming up and would love to hire you guys.... without cancellation.

Lucas had to work for hours to fix a plugged line and was very kind and patient. He was very respectful of our home and it did cost $100 bucks an hour but we felt he fixed the problem permanently so we won't have to call back on this situation. Lucas had worked through dinner time, so we offered him some of ours to enjoy. If I had another problem I would call Tyler and trust he would send out Lucas, or another competent person, to take good care of us. Thank you!
