The interim guardian of my mom's estate hired these people to winterize her vacant home. They left a HUGE mess throughout the house. Some sort of black substance is dripped down the hallway, shower curtain was torn down and thrown in the bottom of the tub, towel rack torn off the wall. There's a red residue (antifreeze?) left in the bottom of the tub and shower, staining them and a brown residue left in both sides of the kitchen sink. The master bathroom has that red residue all over the tile floor. It appears the sink drain was leaking and they just continued pouring antifreeze down it, flooding the cabinet below, until it ran out on the floor and just left it that way. The other issue is that they unhooked some of the fixtures and did not let us know which ones. I know for sure that the washing machine was disconnected. What's going to happen when we turn the water back on and it starts shooting out from all the places they disconnected? They were supposed to drain the water lines but didn't. Water poured out of the water supply lines to the washing machine when I moved them. Oh! And in the master bathroom, they wadded up what looks like a full roll of toilet paper into three separate wads and shoved them down inside the toilet. The other question is how did they get in? Because when I got there, the upstairs door was unlocked with the locking mechanisms for both the storm door and the main door broken. Did they break in to do this!? I called them as soon as I realized what a mess they'd left and left a voicemail with "Dustin" telling him I want a list of all the things disconnected, a copy of the invoice (which they never gave in the first place), and for him to make this right. I told him that I was sending the pictures to the Sheriff's Office in conjunction with the possible break-in and the damages they caused but that if they would just come clean up their mess, I wouldn't pursue it farther. I got no response so I called the next day. Left another VM for Dustin. On the third day I called again and his mailbox was full. I tried every other extension. All the mailboxes are full. They never answer the phone, they don't have a website, there is literally no way to contact these people. I tried to play nice but I will be at their office in person next time I'm down that way. Edit: (2/13/2018) After calling 6 times, leaving 2 voicemails, and writing 3 reviews, it was finally a complaint to the BBB that got a response. The owner, Don Maxson, responded in an entirely inappropriate and unprofessional manner. He brought my mother into it, accused me of slander, denied that I had ever even called them, and not only refused to fix the problem but refused to even list what they had done stating that they won't do that for anyone so that they can charge another visit to undo what they did. I simply attached photos of all the messes he denied making and screenshots of my call log and phone bill proving I had called them. I never heard another word.

Today was the second time I was told someone would be out, and no one showed up. This time it was to repair a faucet I paid them to install a few months ago, that is now leaking like crazy internally, flooding my bathroom.I checked to make sure fittings are tight. The first time was to repair a leaking tankless water heater that they installed, and had already been out once to repair and did not fix the leak.
