  Asked for a quote on floor and roof work, and never go back to me. A week later I called back to touch base, they said they won’t work with me with attitude, because another contractor came in for a bid on different work within the property and that I should just get them to do everything. Thing is, that other contractor doesn’t do roofing work. Unprofessional, rude and childish.

  When Alyssa met with me last week she called us for floor and wall work and mentioned that she was had a spot at the back of the building that was leaking. I informed her that we did not do roofing but if we were there for the other projects we would attempt to "patch" the leak but that we would not do roofing. When she called to check on the estimate and only wanted the roof work done because she had hired two separate contractors for the items she had originally met with me for I did suggest that maybe one of them could help her. I am sorry if she interpreted my response as "Unprofessional, rude and childish" as I thought I was being polite when I declined to do the only portion of the work that we do not offer in our services but had offered the "patch" as a courtesy if we were there for the other work .
