  Reasonable prices. What really stood out was the man that came out to my house. He was very friendly and had a lot of experience. He gave me tips and let me be nosey asking about his job. He didn't mind at all. I would call Carter's Service Everytime.

  I called, voicemail constantly full, then a man answered and said he would clean my tank on Friday or Saturday and he never showed up. Poor business etiquette, found a much more reasonable and professional service somewhere else.

  I called and set up an appointment for a pump the next day. He showed up on time and thoroughly pumped and cleaned our septic tank. He was knowledgeable and talked us through the process of maintaining it. We were very happy with the service.
