  Our service residential plumber Derrick was very professional and friendly! He came at a good time and he went right to work. I needed quite a bit of work done I only listed two but there was other work needed to be done. He even went and got a part we needed for him to finish the job and he came right back. It wasn’t a I forgot the part and he was gone two or three hours(maybe 15 at the most, he said 20 but it seemed less than that). The only talking he did was when the job was done and he was leaving. My sister recommended Carter’s Plumbing to me and I’m so glad she did. I definitely will be recommending Carter’s and Derrick to my family and friends.

  I called about a constantly running sump pump and they were at my house within an hour! Brandon was courteous, professional, thorough and quick. He diagnosed that my system was shot and able to replace it right away. After that, we were talking about some other water issues I was having and he didn't mind spending the extra time with me discussing my options and adding an additional diagnostic test, even though that's not what I had called for. I'm a very satisfied customer and will definitely use Carter's (& request Brandon) in the future. Thank you for being so helpful & listening to me!

  Knowledgeable, focused, thoughtful, and experienced service - I wanted to make sure that this was the first line of the review as Carter's - in the persons of Sean and Sean - provided that level of service in every effort that they tackled. I asked Carter's to install a new Toilet, Bathroom Sink, Kitchen faucet, and two whole house water filters. To set the scenario, my home was built when plumbing consisted of a cistern, a hand pump, and a bucket. As you might imagine over the years from 1832 to 2022, there have been numerous plumbing efforts as the house had indoor water, kitchen sinks, bathrooms, pumps, etc installed. Sean and Sean took all of this in stride, understood the challenges that come with working in a historic home, and designed and safely executed solutions that are here for the long term. On top of being the consummate professional plumbing engineers, they are also great conversationalists with a sense of humor, and presented all options and steps that they were taking in order to ensure that I was happy with their work and the value that they provided met my expectations. I have further plumbing work that will be forthcoming, and I am heading back to Carter's without even a second thought.
