I recommend Carter's Plumbing to anyone and everyone. Michael is the epitome of professionalism. He was transparent about pricing and the various options for each part of the process. They were able to replace my entire plumbing system in one day and at a reasonable price. I trust Michael and all of Carter's Plumbing employees with all my plumbing needs. Honest, quick, courteous, clean.

Derrick arrived punctually and got right to the matter at hand. He diagnosed my issue and took care of if it very quickly. He noticed other issues that may arise and made me aware what to keep an eye on and how to resolve. He told me to give Carter a call should I need anything. Derrick is an excellent technician and you should request him if you have an option. He went above and beyond and did an excellent. I don’t typically write reviews but felt compelled to do one for Derrick. He’s the best!

Our water was not turning on and it looked like there was a leak that had frozen outside of our house. I called Carter’s plumbing for an emergency service and they were here a few hours later . At the very beginning of their window they gave me. Michael was very nice and quickly evaluated what could be going on. He did what he could and gave us further recommendations. I don’t know anything about plumbing and was happy he did not make me feel stupid and was very helpful with future tip.s. 10-10 recommend
