  I don't know if this guy is just a pathological liar, or has dementia or wht. I called him to come check out my heater he stated he would be there before lunch. I didn't go to work because I was waiting on him. Call him again he stated he would be heading my way soon. Never showed, never called. He made me miss a full day of work. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
