  I had the most amazing experience today with Carlos from Carrigan Brothers. Not only was he punctual, he removed his shoes without being asked and got straight to work trying to resolve our issue. Our drain was clogged with tile/grout/drywall and other debris from our builder and he was incredibly careful and concerned about removing the debris so that we had no further issues. He even went as far to check the other bathrooms and found debris in those as well. I've interacted with many plumbers in my life and he was by far the nicest and most professional I have ever dealt with. I would call and request him again in a heartbeat and I've already shared the business name and his name with two colleagues already. Whoever hired him did a phenomenal job. Thank you for having such quality employees.

  They were the plumber for our new home. We have lived here one month. In one month the pipes have backed up, the master shower had to be torn out because the drain leaked and flooded our closet, toilets are constantly backing up and needing to be plunged, and we have had no hot water for almost a week. The office staff (Andrea) is so rude and unprofessional, the workers do not show up on time, and the owners are no better. Due to their poor workmanship, our closet flooded 3 days before Christmas, and we still have no idea when we will have hot water again. We have already missed several days of work because of the issues in our brand new home. Very poor quality and very poor service. Will be sure to tell every person, realtor, and homebuilder we know to never use Carrigan Brothers.
