  On 3/28/22 I walked into the showroom in Canton, MS. Upon my arrival to the showroom, the ladies at the desk looked up, but didn't acknowledge me. After a few moments, one lady greeted me with a good afternoon. I began to browse the showroom. The ladies at the desk continued with their paperwork and calling customers for pick up. After a few minutes, I requested assistance. The lady that greeted me replied that she would be with me in a moment. She then made another phone call. After this call, she informed me she would be with me in a moment, and made another call. Another customer walked in. She was immediately greeted with a "good afternoon, how can we help you?". I was not offered any assistance. The lady at the desk who had not acknowledged me, stopped what she was doing to help the newest customer find her package she was looking for. It was at this time that I left the store. I have NEVER used the race card, but this appeared to be blatant racial profiling, as everyone working in the store was Caucasian, as was the customer who was immediately helped. I will take my new build needs somewhere else.

  I came in the store and I was ignored by everyone that works there. The guy on the computer at the front counter walked off and left me standing there. Treated like a nobody.

  Great customer service, sales actually understand and have knowledge of what you need or looking for. Locally owned, several other locations. They are able to help both walk in customer with their showroom and experience and expert plumbers with any questions, needs or hard to find items.
