  Pull into Odessa tx at 5pm. Hook up go water, and water line break. Called at 5:30pm. There by 6pm. Found the broken water line behind the shower. Went to get the part, back together by 8:30 pm. Saved our vacation. Good people.

  Made an appointment last night for 8am this morn. No show, no call. Things happen, but if you aren’t professional enough to make a simple phone call, you aren’t professional enough to be in business. Don’t waste your time.

  They came out on a Sunday when everything was closed, replaced some parts that we couldn't find in the stores, and made sure there was no leak. They did the best they could to get everything operational in my budget and my time frame. Will recommend if u are in Odessa area, and will probably use them again in the future.

  Thanks Mary! Really. Given the situation; in reality, we did not complete the task or solve the entire problem. For that I apologise. A lesson lived! I need to ask more questions. People: Mary didn't understand certain things; going forward I will ask more questions! Even if it costs me the job. I hope to eliminate "circumstances beyond my control" from my vocabulary. I WILL be getting another excellent review from this customer, whatever it takes. Thank you Mary.
