  These guys showed up a little early, and had made repairs to two leaks, and were done five minutes after the time they were scheduled to arrive! I love it. Both men were friendly and Knowledgeable, and were able to suggest another contractor for me to continue my project. I received my bill from the office a few days later, very reasonable. These are my new 'go to' guys.

  So i dont know if they fired or let go the last guy who worked on out hot water heater but man.. The 2 guys that came twice now are NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL seems like there just guessing and i seem to know more about this stuff then they do. WILL NOT USE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!

  I had other businesses in to look at my hot water heater and they told me it was to old and the wrong one for my house. I called Carpenter Plumbing and they squeezed me in on a very busy day and had a guy come in. He cleaned it and called tech support to find out a part needed replaced and it was covered under warranty! I feel this company actually did their job where the other would rather just replace stuff. Saved me over $900!
