  Use to be a good place to shop..now it's just like any other business nowadays, customer service is long gone..I tried calling to see if they had a part and the lady who answered the phone was rude so I go there and the guy at the counter just looked at me an said yep...like im a bother..then when I pay for what I bought the lady's at the front door treat you like your a thief asking me questions and looking at me all crazy...this is a business for the good ole boys here in Florence...the days of the friendly hardware store are long gone..a guy named Dale is the friendliest person they have... only reason I shop here is because of him and the fact that they usually have what I need, if anyone ever opened up a place better I wouldn't step another foot in this place
