  Carolina Plumbing Repair came to my home to repair two toilets that were not flushing properly. About a week afterwards I contacted them that the issue had not been resolved. It took them another 3 weeks to come back out. At that time they charged me another service charge for the same issue and told me that is the way Koehler toilets flush. My toilets are still not flushing properly.

  I don’t write many reviews, but when you have five star service you earned it. I called and spoke with Randall regarding a leak under my kitchen sink, that was leaking in two places. He came out the same day, took his time and repaired the two leaks. I don’t know much about plumbing, but I do know that his service was very professional, with fair prices and he was willing to answer my plumbing questions regarding future plumbing replacements/repairs. Thank You!
