Carolina Pipe Cleaning lived up to their name when they very persistently worked at clearing a clogged pipe in my septic drain field. This was a tough job that would have had most guys saying it cannot be done. The right tools, skills, and best men for the job. Thank you!

Keith was right on time. He repaired the leak and the bill was quite reasonable.  Will definitely use them again!

Mike and his helper were very helpful and did an excellent job.  He called me back when he said he would to schedule another visit to fix a second problem I needed addressed.  Mark (owner) and his staff have always been friendly, courteous, prompt and very reasonable on repairs.  Thanks guys for all the help!

Mike & Bruce were excellent.  They promised me they weren’t going to leave until my kitchen sink was  working again.   They kept their promise and it was not  an easy fix.  Great company:  I highly recommend.

Scheduled a rough in to be done week in advance call the day of @ 8am to follow up with the appointment I was told they came in at 8 am and don’t began until 830am. I call back at 9:40am to see where the tech is and the receptionist had an attitude as if she was annoyed by the phone call.
I stress to this company that time is of essence and they assured me they can get me in a week time to find out after several calls that the supervisor called in sick.
I was extremely upset because I felt as though they should have reached out to me earlier or had someone else come out to do the job. This caused a great delay in my project and affected everyone that plays apart!
All they could tell me is that it nah be the top of next week.
I am very disappointed in this company lack of communication , timeliness and poor customer service !

A huge Thank you to Mike! He came out to my hosue to fix a leak under the tub in my bathroom. I was at work and my kids had to be there while he was there (I am just a little bit of a control freak) he delt with me over the phone and talked me through everything he was doing and what had to be done to fix the leak. He not only fixed the leak but checked a couple of other issues I have with the plumbing in the house. He was very helpful, couteous, and did a Great job. 5 five stars for Carolina Pipe Cleaning and even 10 stars for Mike. Thank you so much!!!!!

Emergency issue in middle of a Friday night...no drains or toilets working. I called every 24/7 emergency plummer on google and none responded. Unfortunately I did not see Carolina Pipe listed. I was grateful a friend recommend Carolina Pipe early Saturday morning so I called very early Saturday and they were here within an hour. Excellent service, reasonable prices and Tony did a great job diagnosing, locating and fixing the problem very quickly. I’m so thankful!! Highly recommend!!

CPC was on time. They took the time to find our septic tank and were quick to finish. The price was a bit high but worth it since it'll be 3 more years till i have to get my septic tank cleaned.
