  Stacy was AMAZING! He was so kind and kept me updated on our repair timeline as our part had to be ordered. He called me as soon as part arrived and came directly to my home to install it. He was so friendly and chatted with my husband and I on the first visit. He made me feel very comfortable as I am wary of repairmen in my home. I will forever use Carolina Cool in the future. Stacy was fantastic and represents Carolina Cool with professionalism and expertise. Thank you Stacy!

  We contracted Carolina Cool to replace the downstairs & upstairs HVAC systems. We also needed additional ductwork to handle the new systems. We are 100% satisfied with both the systems & the gentlemen who installed them. Tomas & Michael were so professional & extremely efficient. They demonstrated great attention to detail during the entire process. They put down drop cloths to protect the floors & stairs & vacuumed thoroughly at the end of each work day. We feel we received a great value for our money & would definitely use them again for all future HVAC needs.

  Carolina Cool recently performed extensive work at our house in Cherry Grove. This included replacing and reworking the entire duct system in the attic and replacing one of the air handling units. Carolina Cool's expert staff worked efficiently and diligently to make sure that everything was done right. Tomas and Michael and the others explained all that was done and we could not be more thrilled with their work! We have Used Carolina Cool for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend Carolina Cool!
