This is a really fun store to browse around. The wide selection of items is pleasantly surprising. Love the line of Watkins, BBQ sauces, candy (they have Reed's candies which I love!). They have a lot of tools, kitchen gadgets, canning/jerky supplies, toys, and home improvement/decorating items. I do wish they had some winter apparel options like trapper hats and good quality waterproof gloves. The workers are friendly and helpful, especially the owner. True, some things are overpriced (mediocre electric pressure cooker) but most are reasonable (cooking items), and some things are a great deal (discounted garden seeds). I'm not a huge tool or barbecue consumer, so I don't know about those categories. If I was shopping local for a gift for someone, this would be my first place to go! I'm looking forward to trying their restaurant sometime. The smells wafting from it while I shop are sure tempting. And I think from looking at their Facebook page that they make to-go family-sized meals, (which I think is an awesome idea for a unique double date). And the BBQ is good too. They also sell locally made cheesecake.

I give this 3 stars based more on the store and the staff. We'd read many wonderful reviews about the BBQ and mac & cheese. First of all, don't be in a hurry. It took about 15 minutes to place our order...and we were 2nd in line. No worries...there's plenty to look at in the store. And the gals behind the counter were friendly and fun. Unfortunately, the food was not good. They shouldn't call the brisket sandwich a Philly cheesesteak. It bears NO resemblance. The mac & cheese was like soup. The server made some comment that it hadn't "set" yet. I don't know if we hit it on a bad day...but that was the worst mac & cheese I've ever had in my life. The baked beans and coleslaw were the only saving grace. My favorite thing about this place is the store! It was an adventure to wander around. You could buy anything from a bar of soap to a bicycle. They have a huge selection of BBQ items. I'm glad we visited, but I will never eat there again.

I've never really been a huge fan of brisket because it's so easy to get wrong but this place left me amazed! Best food I've ever had in my whole life! I don't know how to describe this incredible experience. Normally with brisket it's really grainy or really chewy and disgusting. I had this and it just melted in my mouth! I would go here every day for the rest of my life! Absolutely zero regrets
