  Called with plumbing leak. They said since I hadn't used them before, it would be at least 2 weeks for them to get here. Not impressed with their professionalism.

  We told him it would be about 2 weeks out and suggested that if he needed quicker service that he try calling around to see if he could find another plumbing service company. When all customers call we put them on a job list and get to them as soon as we are able to work through the jobs listed beforehand.

  Job not done...pics to prove it, they left early, didn't call me back, boss argued it was done right and i still have to pay. They deserve bbb to come out and make some changes happen. . Highly recommend you go somewhere else

  I contacted Caprock at night because our furnace went out. Layton was here the first thing in the morning. Tillman drove to Lubbock to get parts. They had our heat back before noon. This is a great business. I highly recommend them.
