  The positive, Tech Jason was pleasant. The negative, work requested was not completed properly. I had sent an online service request to have a leak looked at inside my furnace that was making the filter wet. Company called and set up a time.Tech arrived within the time frame given and told me he'd clean it up and take a look. All he did was a PM. And during the PM he took a draining hose out of one place and put in another. I told him to put it back or it would end up flooding our furnace. Had already lost 1 furnace that way. He did put it back and then told me my furnace was fine and good to go. That it was in good shape. In good shape? It has a leaking gasket for the secondary heater that another company found right away the day before. Now I have 2 leaks, the original one and now the draining hose. He had ripped it out and now it doesn't fit properly. When I called and talked to the Supervisor, Rich, he immediately went on the defensive. I was told how cheap I got the PM, that Jason is their best tech, that he didn't recall me mentioning anything about checking a leak because he was driving. So you can get a tech to come out and break your furnace for the low price of $85. I should have canceled the appointment after the other company told me what was wrong within 5 minutes of having the cover off. My mistake was wanting just to confirm it instead, I got a broken part. Beware!

  Will not use again. Had plumber out to repair leak before water meter. Was there 2 1/2 hours and charged me for 3. After I questioned the invoice it was changed. However - in that 2 1/2 hours there was a 45 minute trip to Lowes and a 20 minute process to type up invoice on phone. Same plumber was at my property a week prior and made note of materials needed for this job. (Couldn’t complete a week earlier bc water needed shut off by city so he completed other small jobs) In house inefficiencies paid for by the customer as well as sliding in an extra 30 minutes on my invoice is all I need to know - will stay away in future.

  Capital City Mechanical came out to replace my furnace and hot water heater. I was impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and fair pricing. I will be sure to call them again if any other plumbing or heating issues occur in our home.
