We will let all know to please steer clear. Nick would not sell us plumbing parts because our company wasn't based locally. He stated his parts right now are for local plumbers only!!!! There is another supply house not to far that was glad to accept our out of town business.

We have used with these guys for years for HVAC supplies and equipment. Amazing customer service and very friendly staff!

At the suggestion of another retailer, i came to this place looking for a specialized quick connect piece. Upon walking inside, several people were walking around, in the process of closing up shop doing inventory, even though there were still 15 minutes left to the workday. I had to stand at the counter, ignored, for 10 minutes before being asked how i could be helped. When i made my request, one of the personnel scoffed at me and insulted my choice in a "box store faucet" that i was trying to work on. If i have any plumbing issues in the future i will make every effort to avoid this business
