Kevin is terrific! He is very knowledgeable and skilled with his business. One thing that was really great is his communication, he’s easy to get a hold of and gets back to you within minutes. I called Kevin on a Saturday afternoon due to an emergency with my oil fired boiler. Within an hour Kevin was at my house and got right to work. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided sound guidance on required future maintenance. I would recommend Kevin to everyone and plan to share his information in the future.

My water heater recently started leaking, so I was happily surprised when I called and was able to reach Kevin immediately. We discussed my situation and I was able to text him some photos of the setup in my mechanical room. He offered some suggestions for a replacement option, so I went ahead and gave him the green light to get it ordered. Installation was seamless and done in just a few hours. Kevin and his assistant were polite, friendly, and professional. I will happily call him again for any future plumbing or HVAC needs.

Kevin responded to our plumbing emergency quickly.  Our main line from the well to the water pressure tank snapped. (Additionally all the the shut off valves were leaking and water was dripping everywhere).   The job, which was not easy and involved correcting/updating 60 year old pipes, valves, and connections in a less than ideal working environment, was done very well.  There was not a leak or a drip when he was finished.  I highly recommend Kevin who is a pleasure to work with, fair in his pricing, and does excellent work.

Kevin is prompt, personal and a great worker.  We had several plumbing issues to address and came immediately when we called him!  He did a great job and we highly recommend his services!

It's hard to find an honest businessman, but Kevin Caparo certainly is one! He was extremely nice and understanding that we needed our air conditioner fixed asap with hot summer weather approaching. He was at our house 2 hours after we called even though he had a prior family commitment. He also gave us tips on how to clean our system. Highly recommend for quality service.
