We bought a Toto toilet from Winnelson, got it home, and discovered they'd given us the wrong bowl. When reloading it in the car, we dropped the bowl and broke it. Foster at Winnelson gave us the correct bowl at no charge and took the broken bowl off our hands...above and beyond the call of duty.
