  We had an unexpected issue with our toilet just 6 days ago. When I called Candu he answered immediately and asked all the right questions so that he could help me. I did need to go and buy a new toilet and he came the next day as promised to do the installation. He confirmed the appointment ahead of time. He was also well prepared to replace the water hose and valve. While he was here I noticed another issue that was not related to the job and he took the time to have a look and tell me what I need to do in order to resolve it. Once I have done my part he said I can call him and he will come immediately to do the work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend him. Great work from Candu Plumbing

  I woke up to water leaking all over my basement. I was completely panicked! I called Candu Plumbing & Rooter and the office was extremely patient and helpful and was able to get someone out to me fairly quickly. The plumber was courteous, informative and professional. He was thorough with his explanation and he worked quickly but efficiently. I would highly recommend Candu Plumbing & Rooter and they now have a very loyal customer.

  I called Candu Plumbing & Rooter using their internet form, and someone promptly responded and scheduled an appointment for the following day. That was a quick turnaround. The people that came to my house were very professional, talked about the project up front, and then went over everything in detail at the end. The inspection work is excellent, and the plumbing examination was really appreciated. It comes highly recommended.
