Ethan of Canady's was very professional and personable; arriving on time both visits to our home; very conscientious about being wearing boot covers in the house; he is very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain the wear and tear on the capacitor outdoors and why it needed to be replaced. Everything he said, I was able to research and verify that he knows what he is talking about and that he was correct. He replaced the capacitor quickly. I appreciate that Canady's has always shown up on time, and give us phone calls ahead of every scheduled call to alert us when they coming to our home. I would highly recommend Ethan and Canady's....and so does our greyhound who loves Ethan.

Kyle was a very thorough. He inspected, cleaned , and tested both of my units. He was very conscientious and careful. He even spent extra time as he smelled gas near my water heater and took the time to check it with his meter (the repair would be my responsibility) He covered all of his data in his final report and sent info to my email. Canady's has long been a respected area business and continues to provide excellent service and technicians. Highly recommended for installations and maintenance.

Kevin from Canady's did a great job! He came for a routine maintenance call, but my unit required much more time and attention due to some bad parts. He also followed up and installed a new thermostat the next day. Thanks to Kevin and Canady's for outstanding service and really caring about customers.
