Norm was wonderful!! He was courteous, professional, informative and a pleasure to work with. He came out and quickly assessed the situation and helped resolve our issue no time. We chose Campbell Comfort Systems to install a new heating and AC unit based on a representative from Duct Doctors recommendation and checking their online reviews. We’re so happy with we went with them! Everyone we worked with was absolutely wonderful – from Phil who came out to provide estimates, Dennis, Roy and team who installed the new unit, Lisa and Sherry in the office and Norm who came out for service. It’s crystal clear to see why their reviews and ratings are so high!

Awesome experience, the technician arrived on time and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took care of the maintenance he had to do and he was off to another appointment. Personable, friendly and knew what he was talking about. Not pushy at all regarding the repairs that needed to be done. One of the recommendations was to consider installing a new heater, the one that was there was all and likely to fail soon. The sales guy came out who was extremely knowledgeable, gave us the right heater at the right price an installation was virtually flawless. Some minor problems did arise after the install but they were quick to come back out and take care of those things, in fact the owner himself came out. Highly recommend
