  I called this company to replace a sump pump battery, which Pat did with no problem. A month later the sump pump alarm was going off, so I called again to have him come out and see what was wrong. I called on a Wednesday and Pat gave me a Friday appointment, sadly he didn't call or show. A simple phone call would have been courteous and I would have understood if he was backed up.
