I have met a majority of their professional hvac technicians over the past week. I got new ducking/returns and a furnace installed in my home. These guys are extremely professional, upto code, very fast and reliable Dylan and Dustin really care about the custome experience and make sure they leave the customer happy and satisfied. I made a call to the afterhours center and they immediately got back to me with a day and time to come out. The technician Dylan came out and was professional, friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. We got the system up and running. Two days later I had the same issue repeat and Jackie was able to get someone to me first thing the next morning. Dylan came back and did not charge me a trip fee since he was just there. We figured out the core issue was the blower (it wasn't acting up the first trip). He found one for me in the north Hills and drove there and was back in 2 hours to install. It was professionally done and quick. They were fair on the price and very responsive. I would highly recommend the company and Dylan.

Timothy was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered the plethora of questions I threw at him with expertise and honesty which was great as a new home owner. I feel so much better knowing he will be here for our family should further issues arise. Definitely would recommend CALFO services
