  Jaime helped me today and was absolutely fantastic. Seriously, I have never experienced such a kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable plumbing technician. Not only was he all of the above, he was absolutely professional and fixed a very serious problem. It was quite a bit more than just “unclogging a drain” as the problem really existed a long ways off at the opening of the septic tank with no clean-outs. It took several hours to get the job done and Jaime handled it with great skill and utter kindness. It was actually a pleasure to have him in my home. Thank you, Caitco, for sending Jaime to help me and at such short notice.

  Life Savers! Plumbers are CRAZY Busy, but when you have an emergency- the Plumbers Code of Service ensures theyll show up! So...when we had a block between his septic tank and the house, it was going to make for an unhappy weekend!   It was great to work with CaitCo Drainworks for our sewer replacement. Chris explained in detail what they where going to do to remedy the problem. The entire staff was professional, honest and friendly. I highly recommend their services.
