  Cactus has been my goto plumbing service for years! They are always professional, responsive, and thorough. This go around the big freeze really did a number on my pipes. The guys replumbed the entire house, worked with me and the insurance company, and made sure I had everything working great very quickly even with the large amount of work the freeze had produced for them. They're amazing at what they do and I will always call on them for all my plumbing service needs.

  Representative was very professional and explained exactly what was needed and then performed work. Cleaned up after. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. You will be very satisfied with them. Representative also had one hell of a beard!

  I was quoted a price for work and charged a great deal more than the quote with no explanation. Employee named Johnny treated me as a fool and simply unscrewed the valve telling me he fixed issue as best as possible. If that is your best, go find another vocation! Once I discovered what he did, they will not answer a call at all. This is not professional.
